...for the past 16 years, my training commenced in Paris, developing my skills in classic French cuisine.

My passion for cooking and food inspired me to travel extensively, furthering my knowledge and exploration into various culinary styles...

During my career I had the opportunity to chef aboard luxurious sailing yachts. Destinations including French Polynesia and the Caribbean. My style of cooking is heavily influenced by the Mediterranean, Asian Fusion and Middle Eastern cuisine

In 1995 I moved to Aspen, Colarado where I continued a personalised catering service for exclusive clientele and Hollywood celebrities. Simultaneously I had the opportunity to teach the process of food preparation at "The Cooking School of Aspen", for 4 years.

...ma formation débuta à Paris où j’ai acquis mes compétences en cuisine classique française.

Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai eu non seulement l’opportunité de travailler sur de luxueux yachts prives (Polynesie francaise et Caraibes) mais aussi aupres d’une clientele exclusive incluant des celebrites hollywoodiennes. Parallelement, j’ai enseigne les methodes de preparation culinaires a l’ecole de cuisine d’Aspen (Colorado).

Mes voyages a travers le monde m’ont permis de diversifier ma cuisine et d’explorer les mariages de saveurs internationales. L’influence de la culture mediterraneenne, asiatique et orientale en representent quelques exemples.
