My style of cooking is heavily influenced by the Mediterranean, Asian Fusion and Middle Eastern cuisine
In 1995 I moved to Aspen, Colarado where I continued a personalised catering service for exclusive clientele and Hollywood celebrities. Simultaneously I had the opportunity to teach the process of food preparation at " The Cooking School of Aspen", for 4 years.
